
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, ensuring timely handling of goods, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and food safety standards. This role provides relief support to the Purchasing Department as required and plays a key role in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACTIVITIES:
Complete assigned tasks on time and provide relief support to the Purchasing Department as instructed by supervisors.
Submit and update workers’ overtime and leave forms, and fax container loading reports.
Process requests for stationery and other necessary supplies.
Prepare for month-end stocktake and assist in inventory management activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Store Office and warehouse areas.
Receive goods for Maintenance, Production, Administration, QC/QA, and R&D departments.
Manage daily incoming and outgoing stocks accurately according to delivery orders.
Accurately key in incoming stock including finished goods from production, raw materials, and packaging materials from suppliers.
Assist with organizing Purchasing Department documents and records.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Follow cleaning and sanitation protocols in compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 food safety management systems.
Ensure all warehouse procedures and SOPs comply with food safety requirements.
Follow proper storage systems to ensure goods are safely stored and well-located.
Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment, ensuring all equipment is cared for and regularly checked.
Delegate duties and supervise subordinates, providing timely follow-up as needed.
Oversee loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Perform overtime work and any other duties assigned by management.
