About The Role:
This role provides a complete order process and customer service to all customers. This to ensure that all order and delivery issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
This role provides a complete order process and customer service facility to all customers. This to ensure that all order and delivery issues are promptly resolved in order to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times:
- Process Customer Orders according to target.
- Number of end user customers on target.
- Handling calls and enquiries daily according to the defined target service team, in order to successfully manage customer orders, execute operational plans and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Key Activities:
Order Processing
Resolve Customer Complaints
Identify Potential Stock Issues
Planning Deliveries
Updating Master Data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ customer service experience
- Excellent working knowledge of ERP planning modules or other material planning, MRP, software preferred
- Microsoft excel, words and power point knowledge is a must
- Familiar with the international shipping and domestic freight distribution preferred
- A team player other than a leader
- Ability to handle difficult customers is a must
- Languages: Local – Fluent, English – Intermediate
